Cancellation Policy
1. Membership Terms and Conditions -Minimum Contract term is 3 months for all packages unless stated otherwise. -Membership fees are payable in advance and are non refundable -Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice via email or Jordan directly, you may continue to use the facility during this time. -In the event your package is Cancelled prior to 3 months 50% of the remaining term will be payable - Memberships may be suspended for travel, medical or other valid reasons within 7 days written notice, for a maximum period of 8 weeks. -Packages are paid via direct debit weekly beginning on agreed date. Late payments will be re-debited within 7 days and will incur a fee and may result in the suspension of access. 2. Access, Conduct and Termination - Members must check-in on arrival -Respect all staff, equipment and other members at all times - No abusive language or behaviour will be tolerated and will result in permanent ban of membership. - Members must follow all guidelines shown or told regarding use and care of equipment or PMA facility. - Members must follow all safety and hygiene rules for themselves and surrounding members. - PT Sessions require 24 hours cancellation notice. Cancellations less than will be charged in full. - PMA reserves the right to terminate a membership for breach of rules without refund.
